At Wellbeing Community Management Consultancy, we focus on building resiliency for coping with the everyday challenges of life through a combination of CBT interactions and lifestyle management techniques.

When the body and the mind are healthy and aligned, it facilitates inner peace, so our therapists focus on identifying lifestyle choices that may be detrimental to achieving this goal. We assess how one eats, their sleeping patterns, and the amount of exercise they regularly take and present realistic schedules to implement a healthy balance. We believe these changes should not be a chore, so it’s all about changing the mindset of an individual and how they relate to these life choices.

Developing resiliency and wellness tools can be a pleasurable, though sometimes challenging process that can lead to positive outcomes in every aspect of life. Through CBT sessions and courses, we equip users with educational exercises and simulations to change behaviour, achieved through active talk therapy and the following CBT interventions;

1. Cognitive restructuring and reframing. 2. Guided discovery. 3. Food, exercise and sleep Journaling. 4. Behaviour activation. 5. Relaxation techniques. 6. Practice Mindfulness and Self-Awareness.

Course structures: From 2-hour sessions to 3-day intensive courses at regular intervals throughout the month.
