Our empathetic therapists understand that everybody learns at their own pace and responds differently to therapeutic modes and stimuli; that’s why we take an individualistic approach that is intuitive to one's needs. Each of our 1:1 and group courses is carried out remotely or within a nurturing and safe setting, allowing participants to fully engage with their therapist.

CBT intervention uses a blended approach to address common elements of mental health concerns to aid a sustainable recovery. Our mission is to achieve this by raising individual awareness of triggers and how to manage and reframe them daily and long-term.

The five common challenges:

  2. Intrusive thought patterns.
  3. Negative thinking.
  4. Retaining unhealthy behaviours.
